Shipping: All Physician orders to locations within the continental USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska)are shipped UPS 3 Day for a flat price of $10.95. This pricing allows you to order as much as you need and only pay a small flat rate. For orders going to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact customer service for our negotiated discounted rates.
International Shipping:
All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service's International Express. For most foreign destinations, the shipment usually arrives within five business days. The actual shipping charge depends on the weight of the package. If you put your order through and are initially billed the domestic $10.95 rate, we will contact you with the additional charge for the international shipment.
