Clinical Consultant

Job Description:

  • Prepare and conduct educational webinars internally and externally.
  • Support with internal and external clinical questions.
  • Develop new hire training and continuing education training processes for internal team.
  • Onboard and manage LMS for all of company.
  • Support with clinical international expansion product education.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinicians.
  • Provide clinical support and training when required for new product launches.
  • Solicit feedback from clinicians to better understand resources needed for clinical success.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership team to develop new initiatives related to improving the clinical and patient experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, healthcare regulations, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and recommendations for enhancing the clinician experience and Researched Nutritionals offerings.
  • Attend tradeshows or private events to represent clinical for Researched Nutritionals.
  • Develop PowerPoints, product literature, and other resources to support internally and externally.
  • Work cooperatively with others in a team effort to accomplish departmental objectives in a timely manner.
  • Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Alternative medicine certification.
  • 2 plus years of experience in a clinical position.
  • Salary range: $75K – $110K.

Senior Marketing Associate

The objective of the Senior Marketing Associate is to implement strategies and tactics that generate demand and drive revenue.

Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager, this role involves supporting marketing campaigns of varying complexity, creating content across multiple channels, and leveraging HubSpot for data-driven marketing. The Senior Marketing Associate will support website management, coordinate with external partners, and analyze and optimize marketing efforts for continuous improvement. Ideal candidates possess a blend of creativity, technical skills, and a proactive mindset, with a strong background in marketing, content creation, and project management.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Responsible for leveraging HubSpot for marketing purposes
  • Create content for all marketing channels, including social media, print, website, and digital (i.e., email, SEM, ad networks, etc.) and working with designers for creative needs
  • Writing, designing, and managing email campaigns and automation
  • Provide reports and insights to support data-driven decision making (e.g., utilize Search Console, Google Analytics, HubSpot, NetSuite, SEMrush)
  • Oversee website, including new content and updates, UX/UI, deploying new
  • features, uptime and reliability
  • Collaborates between internal teams and marketing agency partner(s), including assigning and monitoring tasks, deadlines, reports, and attribution

Requirements:

  • BSc/BA in marketing, communications, or related field preferred; or equivalent
  • in job experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with similar responsibilities
  • Extensive expertise leveraging HubSpot, building workflows, and measuring and reporting on performance metrics
  • Experience with services and/or apps such as Adobe CC and Canva, or comparable tools
  • Extensive experience working with analytics tools, creating reports, interpreting data and communicating them clearly
  • Highly creative, with strong ability to provide direction to designers for creative projects
  • Effective project manager, ability to monitor personal workflows, hit deadlines, and hold expectations for deliverables from others
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
  • Work history in a health and wellness category a plus!

Salary Range

$70-$85k DOE

Outside and Inside Sales Consultants – Los Angeles/San Diego, Colorado, Washington/Oregon, New York City/New Jersey, Virginia/Maryland/D.C.

Researched Nutritionals® offers its sales force a competitive compensation package with high earnings potential. Duties include building relationships with medical practices within your territory in order to assist and guide them in the use of RN products. Ensuring the success of your practitioners is your number one goal. You will be provided in-depth product training and support materials to arm yourself with the knowledge and resources necessary for success. Our sales force is provided a good amount of autonomy and we take a results oriented approach to management. Compensation is performance based and an entrepreneurial spirit and confidence in ones own ability is critical for success.
