No, in fact Tri-Fortify® is the only liposomal glutathione on the market with proven 24-month shelf stability at room temperature. However, some consumers prefer the taste when cold, so if desired, keeping in the refrigerator is perfectly fine.
Why not use NAC instead to support glutathione?
NAC (N-acetyl cysteine) is a precursor to glutathione, but multiple metabolic reactions are required for the body to convert NAC into glutathione. Each step depends on specific enzymes and proper metabolic function, making the conversion process complex, even in healthy individuals. Because not everyone converts NAC efficiently, it is more reliable to cut out this extra step and supplement directly with glutathione in a highly absorbable liposomal form.

What is the source of the glycerin?

If I have a soy sensitivity, should I be concerned?
Generally, this is not an issue. The liposomes are derived from soy lecithin, which only contains the lipid portion (phosphatidylcholine), and not soy protein, which is the common allergen. However, we always recommend consulting your healthcare professional regarding your individual needs.
Is the product hexane-free?
Yes. Tri-Fortify® is manufactured without the use of hexane solvents.
Does the tube contain BPA?
