Shipping Policy
Most in stock orders received Monday-Friday by 12:00 PM Pacific time will ship same day.
Transit times reflect business days and do not include weekends. UPS will only deliver on Saturdays at their discretion and to select areas. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will ship on the next business day.
Domestic Transit Times and Shipping Rates
The rates below represent our flat rate base service level regardless of the size of orders shipped within the US.
Practitioner/wholesale Orders
- UPS 3-day standard – $10.95 (free on orders over $299)
Patient Direct
- UPS ground – $7.75 (free on orders over $99)
Autoship / Subscription Orders
- UPS ground – Free
-Expedited shipping is available on most orders for an additional fee.
-Free shipping is available for orders shipping to the contiguous US only.
-Ground transit time is dependent upon the ship-to address and can take up to 5 business days from California within the US. See the map above as a guide to ground transit time but note that UPS ground transit times are not guaranteed.
International Shipments
We offer three shipping options for our International Customers: UPS Worldwide Expedited®, USPS Priority Mail Express International®, and USPS Priority Mail International®.
Please be advised that Researched Nutritionals® is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments. We strongly advise that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.

Additional time-in-transit per UPS:
Per UPS, from November 24th to January 13th some shipments may require additional transit time. During this Period UPS has suspended all service guarantees. This means that expedited shipments during this time are not guaranteed to arrive by the stated service time, and UPS will not issue refunds for these delayed packages. Please keep this in mind if paying for expedited shipping.
